James “Bill” Thomas Seavey

1935 - 2005

James Seavey of Princeton, Maine, known as Bill to most, spent over 40 years working for Georgia Pacific as a road supervisor and Chip Processing Yard supervisor.

Bill competed with his son Mark for several years on the New Brunswick Sportfishing Association Tournament Trail, was a member of the Princeton Rod & Gun Club and the Maine Blade Runners.  And was proud to be a member of the 1998 Maine BASS Federation Team.  Fishing the Regionals as part of that team, he missed going to the National Event by less than a pound!

Besides fishing Bill enjoyed hunting and spending time at his camp on the St. Croix River. Missed by many both on and off the water.
