Who We Are
The New Brunswick Sport Fishing Association (NBSFA) is a registered “not for profit” smallmouth bass fishing tournament series that pursues the sport of bass fishing while promoting Catch and Release to increase conservation of our resources for future anglers to enjoy.
Our Association strives to introduce many to the sport of bass angling and ultimately to tournament angling.
We collaborate with private and government agencies to help fund studies on smallmouth bass in our waterways, standardizing tournament rules to increase boater/angler safety and working to improve state-of-the-art fish handling methods to minimize fish mortality at all tournament events.
