2022 Abu Garcia Lunker of the Year Award Sponsored by MTB Brokerage<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 2021 Lunker of the Year Prize Package was won by Howard Martell and Steve Watson with a 4.80-pound smallmouth caught on the last day of the regular season that was worth over $1,850 in cash and prizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thanks to Abu Garcia and MTB Brokerage the prize package in 2022 will be even better. This year the winners will receive a cheque for $1,000 and a prize package worth over $1,600, for a total value of over $2,600. With the fish winning the Lunker Award for that particular tournament, the winners in total could be receiving over $3,000 for one smallmouth! Every NBSFA member fishing any of the seven regular season tournaments has a chance of landing that lunker and taking home the prize package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
