{"id":3552,"date":"2021-04-20T08:30:47","date_gmt":"2021-04-20T12:30:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbsfa.ca\/?p=3552"},"modified":"2021-04-20T08:30:48","modified_gmt":"2021-04-20T12:30:48","slug":"ralph-edward-beek","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbsfa.ca\/ralph-edward-beek\/","title":{"rendered":"Ralph (Edward) Beek"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ralph served his country for 42 years in the Canadian Forces that included two tours in Cyprus and a tour in Alert.&nbsp; After retiring Ralph become the local handyman and was always the first in line to help family, friends and neighbours.&nbsp; He was an active member of his church, the Black Watch Association, the RCR Association, the Royal Canadian Legion and the New Brunswick Sportfishing Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you knew Ralph, you knew his boisterous &amp; contagious laugh and his massive handshake.&nbsp; He was a caring man that was extremely proud of his family.&nbsp; He would always take the time to stop and chat no matter where you met him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As many NBSFA members know, Ralph was an avid smallmouth bass angler.
