MTB Brokerage is a wholesale provider of produce, meats and poultry products for restaurants, hotels, retail stores and food trucks in the greater Fredericton area. MTB is owned and operated by Mike Brennan and he has over 30 years experience in the food service industry.
MTB is also the supplier to the various Rib Fests that occur in the various communities in New Brunswick and other Atlantic provinces each summer including the Freddy Beach Rib Fest.Mike is an accomplished tournament angler with three Classic wins and a Team of the Year win.
