Ladies & Gentlemen,
As of today, 20 Oct 2021 we have planned to hold our Annual General Meeting on 06 Nov 2021 in Oromocto at the Hazen Centre which is located at 994 Onondaga street. The building is located to the left of the Oromocto Mall along the river. We will commence at 0900hrs and hopefully be done sometime around 1500hrs or earlier depending on discussions/etc.
As of today, the town has informed me that folks attending must be vaccinated, wear masks as well as social distance HOWEVER, things may change this coming Friday depending on the Provincial Governments guidelines.
